C&B S.r.l. was founded in 1967 in Cavriago (Reggio Emilia - IT) with the intention of producing systems for automation and internal handling of products and pallets. The continuous development of the industry and the increasing demand from the market have led to the transition from the original craftsman structure to a modern organization that would fully satisfy the needs of customers. In 2015, Gastone Trecco, President of Euroimpianti S.p.A., an Italian automation company based in Thiene (Vicenza), acquired the C&B System S.r.l.
